:: Terms of Service
The VIP pickup service is being offered as a value added service exclusive to our dental clients. The route is from/to Suvannaphumi int'l airport to/from your hotels in Bangkok downtown under the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation All reservations have to be made directly through E-mail at least 7 days before arrival.

2. Confirmation You will be notified of service confirmation by email or fax after submitting your request for the service. A copy of confirmation letter is required to be presented to our representative. Sending us your pictures is recommended.

3. Payment The payment will be collected, with either PayPal or credit card, in advance when you make the reservation for this service.

4. Meeting point Arrival procedure service: You will be met and greeted by professional representative who holds a placard with your name at the arrival gate (air bridge) or the terminal platform and then leads you to the exclusive fast lane immigration counter, where our designated staff handles all immigration and customs document details to streamline the process and reduce the hassle that can occur; while the luggage waits at the other end. After the collection of all belongings from the Baggage Claim, you are then guided through customs and delivered to a limousine or the designated meeting point within the airport terminal. Departure Procedures Service: The representative will pick you up at your hotel and welcome you at the drop off point nearest to client's carrier check in counter. You will be personally assisted at the airline check-in counter, departure tax payment, immigration formalities, VAT refund and be escorted to the airline departure lounge and gate prior to departure time, where the process is now completed.
Please note:
o Departure/arrival time must be informed.
o Minimum connecting time (MCT) following Suvarnabhumi Airport and most of the airline companies is at least 2 hrs. (For your convenience and comfort).
o VISA Fee is not included with the specified Service Fee above; you have full responsibility in obtaining and validating your travel VISA and documents prior to your arrival or departure.

5. Cancellation Cancellation has to be made by email at least 5 days in advance, and the payment will be returned to you according to your pre-payment method.
